Shipments and returns

Black Dream cannot be hold responsible for delayed orders due to problems with delivery with post and/or parcel service. Of course we will do our best to solve problems should they occur. If you have not received the goods in time please contact us so we can investigate. You are our customer and we really do appreciate that you are using our services!!

Black Dream guarantees the quality of all its products. Everything is checked for quality before we send it out. Should the goods arrive with a fault in materials or craftmanship, please notify us and return it to us immediately, unused, for exchange or refund.

We're a hungarian company trading in goods that are legal in Hungary. What is legal or not varies from one country to another. Whether importing / receiving something is legal in your own country can depend on your law and customs, and on postal regulations. Black Dream cannot be aware of the situation in your country, and is therefore not able to accept responsibily for items which are opened, lost, detained or seized by postal or customs authorities. You as customer should adhere to the laws and regulations from your own country. The customer is responsible for any legal problems concerning customs in his country; under no circumstance Black Dream can be responsible for sales and delivery of forbidden goods to the clients' country.

Return of the goods:

• Black Dream does not refund transportation costs, only the returned goods
• if Black Dream has to pay for import-tax of the returned goods we will deduct this amount from the refund
• the goods have to be absolutely new and unused!!
• we are not able to arrange a refund on returned butt-toys once removed from the plastic foil due to hygienic reasons
• when the customer wants something else in exchange for the returned goods, Black Dream is entitled to charge the customer for transportation costs
• custom made goods can not be returned, as they were made especially for you!!
