Refund and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to help. You can return the product to us within 14 days and we will refund your purchase price.

Please indicate on the box the reason for the withdrawal and the method of refund.

Refund

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it.

The product must be in its original packaging.

The item must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund process

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned product. After inspecting the item, we will notify you immediately about the status of the refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of purchase within 30 days.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product.
