With this medical mask on you never have to look for or reach out to the well known brown bottle in the middle of a session when you're having sex. Just put a little bit of aroma on some cottonwool and put it in the small bottle of the mask. Put it on, and WHAM it works :-). When you close the two holes on the side of the mask with your fingers you create a vacuum which increased the Bang-effect.
Inexpensive, works great. Only one disadvantage: the chemicals of aroma's do deteriorate the plastic of the small bottle.
